Hello there! I'm Mindy DeLano, a real estate enthusiast with years of experience. I've felt the rookie jitters and the struggle to kickstart and expand my business.

I am also a dog mom to my best girl, Salem, my seven-year-old yellow Labrador. We call her Bad Dog, Pretty, Prissy, or Priss.

Guiding new agents fresh out of real estate school or those who may have been in the industry for a long time and haven't grown from doing business the "old" way, I noticed their social media woes - how to engage with friends and family without turning into a cheesy salesperson. That's when I realized my social media and marketing tricks were too good to keep to myself - it was time to spread the knowledge!

So Bad Dog Social Club was born out of a desire to help other agents become the baddest "B" in their market.
